1988 VW Scirocco 16V is gone!

Front end alignment done on 1/6/5.
Seats and carpet in great shape! Headliner is ugly.
Sony CD player and 10 disk MP3 player.
I purchased this vehicle about 6 months ago as a project car. I have done many minor repairs to it as well as adding a 10 disk CD/MP3 player. I have repaired or replaced, the following items. Front wheel bearings, windshield washer pump and hoses to the washer sprayers.. 3 Wiper blades, hood prop rod clip, instrument panel lamps, battery, rear wiper motor assembly, the rubber pads on the clutch and brake pedals on the interior of the car. The master cylinder, rearview mirror, fuba (antenna), sunroof rails and liner, oil dipstick tube, oil pressure switch (white top), installed a dash overlay, battery, rear package tray clips and rubber straps. I installed a newer looking set of seats and new seat track bushings. The original seats were very dry rotted and I was able to locate a leather / cloth set from an 87 rock that had spent the last 10 years in a guys garage. I replaced all the door handle gaskets as well. All that is left to do is the headliner. It has a few small tears in it. A new one from J.C. Whitney is about $75.00. The car has fog lights that were probably not factory installed and they do not work. I have not tried to fix them as of yet. A factory type fog lamp switch is installed in the dash and it should be easy to fix. The stereo sounds very nice with those nice Pioneer Speakers! They were installed on the package tray, but I put them on a board just below the tray and mounted the grills on the tray. I have a spare set of wheel caps and a spare Scirocco teardrop wheel. Oh, I almost forgot, I replaced the stupid oil temp. gauge with a volt gauge! (Oil gauge is in the glove box). I have the Bentley service manual and a new 1988 Scirocco owners book, also from Bentley. Thanks for stopping by and looking!
